"Obstacles In Our Path"

ARTIST'S COMMENTS ABOUT THIS PAINTING

As we follow the path in life, obstacles appear. Some sting like a bee and other seemingly come from nowhere with a blunt impact. Others will roll into our path like a ball, as we pause to let it roll past, the results cause little harm. Sharp corners will appear to be major but like the corner of a desk inflicts pain upon the leg, recovery is swift and quickly overcome. The obstacles at first appear to be overwhelming but as we move forward our experiences help us to view the obstacles in a simpler form as we side step some, cross over and around some and move with caution . One thing remains. Our path is never totally blocked and the destination doesn't change. Only the colors of our perceptions change.
